One of the most jaw-dropping displays rolling into this year’s rally: Robert Espinosa’s legendary Vicla collection from Viclas Customs Inc. Espinosa is bringing more than 20 of his 85 custom Viclas—the deep-chromed, candy-painted lowrider motorcycles born out of SoCal/Chicano cruiser culture—for a rare chance to see this many assembled in one place, right at the Harbor.
