WHERE AND WHEN TO PICK UP VIP PASSES
To expedite your check-in, go directly to The Limited Trolley Station Buccaneer Room located on the corner of 21st and Strand St. This is where you’ll get your shirt and other VIP perks.
You can also pick up VIP Passes at the Roof Garden venue, 2214 Strand St. Check-in will be open from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Entry is through double doors under the balcony.
Please note: The Platinum VIP pickup location at the Trolley Station does not have an elevator. If you require elevator access, we recommend heading to the Roof Garden for VIP pass pickup. We want to ensure you have the best experience and avoid any unnecessary detours. Thank you for your understanding!
