The charming c. 1871 cottage features a center hall, living, dining, library, 3 bedrooms (prime bedroom suite on 1st level), huge island kitchen w/double stainless appliances and stone counter tops. The kitchen and hall open to fabulous rear screened porch, perfect for entertainment. Two more large bedrooms, one sleeps 3, another sleeps 2, and a full bath are located upstairs.
Original character and lovely details are preserved throughout. In the rear there is a fabulous, lush New Orleans style courtyard. A 6-person golfcart completes the package.
